Learn to taste olive oils starting with Abbraccio<\/em><\/p>\r\n

In our company, located in Seggiano, we welcome visitors and tourists curious to see the olive groves of Olivastra Seggianese with their own eyes and to learn how to taste oils. An extremely unique experience that combines the pleasant with the useful and allows you to obtain the basic knowledge to taste an olive oil.<\/p>\r\n

The visit begins with a walk to discover the centuries-old olive trees that embrace the new structure of the company, 80% of Abbraccio oils are obtained from these plants.<\/p>\r\n

After an overview of the Olivastra Seggianese, a typical cultivar of Mount Amiata, the visit continues in the tasting room where the production process of the olive oil is first explained and then we move on to practice, with the actual tasting.<\/p>\r\n

The company’s oils are tasted and discovered with the aim of exposing the unique properties of Abbraccio oils.<\/p>\r\n

Learning to taste extra virgin olive oils is a long journey, which requires experience,<\/p>\r\n
